We use HIPPA compliant and encrypted software so you can now safely and securely upload any job including medical transcription, sermon transcription or business transcription audio files directly to us via our website. We transcribe dss, wav, mpw, wma, CD's, DVD's and more! CD's and DVD's can be picked up or mailed to us and returned upon completion.
You can upload up to 5 files at a time. However, if you have more than 5 files, including audio files, please ZIP the files first and then send them to us. To ZIP a file, first place all the files you are sending in a folder. Second, right click on the folder and scroll down and click on the Send To tab. Third, click on the compressed (zipped) folder. Your files are now zipped and can be uploaded to us.
